Video blogs take up too much time. I've been editing this one monster all week. (Couple that with the fact that I'm taking full advantage of my pity-party refugee status and am acting extra lazy, I've been doing almost nothing...)


But all of that will change! Some friends and I are planning a writing contest for July, more details on that later, and I've also done a mad group-joining dash, and this time I WILL PARTICIPATE IN THE GROUPS. That's another bad habit of mine, not participating...

My house is nothing more than a small black spot on the ground. All my comics and books and writings not on my laptop are gone.

Also Hiromu Arakawa, the creator of FULLMETAL FREAKIN ALCHEMIST, is gonna be in Calgary during the ComicCon!! If only I weren't poor and busy (I'm gonna be a counselor at a camp for July) I would totally go there and ask for her autograph.


I had 24 volumes and two bonus books. All gone. Sad face.

So. This is new. Journal writing format thing changed. Cool.



Anyways, it is now T-minus 20 minutes before the big Screnzy kick off and may I say I am already absolutely exhausted. Staying up until midnight is probably not a good idea when I've not been sleeping well all week (nightmares about moose and all that)



So mainly this is a journal to get that old one from NaNo off my page and in hiding where it belongs.




Also: I found Animorphs ebooks! Am totally getting my booknerd on atm!!



[also I met Jeffery Straker at a library fundraiser the other night and holy moly can the man rock a vest ]

So last year I just updated my Nov journal and that worked out really well, but this year, no such luck. Just was too busy.


but that's all okay because I WON I WON I WON.

And not only did I win, I actually finished the book! I HAVE FINISHED A BOOK!

Now on to the long and painful editing process, but I don't care because I have finished a book! YaYaYaYaYaYaYaYaYaYaYayyy!!!


Anyway. I'm still sucking majorly in trying to write my play script, but hey, at least I wrote a novel. But my script, oy oy oy D;


Anywhos. I'mma go edit and eat some soop. Catchya latersss.

Nov 3 - Sooo it's november again, you know what that means. Honestly though this year I'm not digging it as much as I did the first time. :/ Maybe that's just cause so far my mc is a douche, or so far my writing has been horrible (at least last year the first bits were readable and interesting, all of it this year is word vomit :barf: )


But ah well, all is all is all is good and I'm still on schedule for wordcount, so that's shibby.


Also it was totally my birthday yesterday, but it was cakeless which was very disappointing. I need to live in a sitcom for my birthday, cause then I'll get cake and presents and all sorts of fun things. 8D
